Services

Working in all materials we are able to offer 3, 4 and full 5 axis simultaneous CNC Milling services along with Barfeed CNC Turning. Bead-blasting and Fine De-burring and Polishing are also undertaken at our premises.We are able to programme from a wide variety of formats including IGES, DXF and STP files which can be emailed directly to us.

Our CAD/CAM Programmers can then machine more accurately direct from the models which keep set-up times and costs to a minimum.Through longstanding relationships with our suppliers we can offer a “One-Stop Shop” solution to our customers with additional services such as Plating and Painting to assist in the finishing of products.
